RIBA Process Driven

On larger projects, we work in accordance with the RIBA staging process, meeting the demands of your pre-agreed timeframe to support the design process. We usually commence work at RIBA stage 3 to support all calculations necessary for the tender stage and throughout stages 4 -7 to see projects through to completion.

Our Communication Standards

When working as part of a project we endeavour to provide a rapid, reactive service. All calls are logged via our management systems, allowing your dedicated team member to contact you with a full working knowledge of your site. Client needs are our number one concern, so you won’t be left waiting.

Emergency Situations

Occasionally there are issues as projects progress that require instant evaluation from structural engineers. Time-critical problems are always prioritised ahead of standard responsibilities in order to reduce the risk of damage or structural failure. And to facilitate this clients are provided with direct details of senior engineering contacts.

Our Responsibility

Under our standard terms and conditions, all the work completed by HA Consulting Engineers is insured for 12 years. If you experience any problems with our work, then please get in contact at your earliest opportunity. We will arrange a site visit to review the issues and suggest remedial actions.
